Before sending your file please refer to our file checklist to prevent possible resubmission of files, extra charges and delays in turn-around time.

• 100 mb Zip Disk - Mac or PC
• CD Rom - Mac or PC
• 3 1/4” Floppy Disk - Mac or PC

* Please label all disks with your name, company name, address, and phone number.

• Quark XPress - Mac or PC
• Adobe Photoshop - Mac or PC
• Adobe Illustrator - Mac or PC
• Adobe PageMaker - Mac or PC

• Include all images and fonts used
• Document size must match the size of the card
• Make all bleeds 1/8"
• All colors and images must be CMYK.

• Make all images 300 dpi at 100%
• Submit images as TIFF or EPS files. (no JPEGS or GIFS)
• Bleeds must be 1/8"

• Include all screen and printer fonts
• Do not stylize fonts in Quark and Pagemaker. This means do not use the type style option for bold, italic, shadow or outline effects. Please use the font-specific style's actual version (example: Arial Bold)
